I'm renting out a workshop / garage / parking space located on a side street off Křenová Street, one stop away from the Main Train Station, 10 minutes walk from Brno city center, 5 minutes to Nová Vlněna shopping mall, etc.
The workshop is relatively warm in winter (temperature does not drop below 10°C even without heating), there is also toilet and shower room equipped with an electric water heater as well as old washing machine for work clothes and overalls.
Front part of the larger garage measures 6 meters long by 3.4 meters wide with high ceilings offering airy atmosphere within its total area of 20 square meters. There are two electrical sockets rated at 230V each. The entrance features double-winged classic garage doors allowing clear passage measuring approximately 230 cm x 230 cm.
Back section consists of storage room/space featuring toilet facilities covering an area of about 13 square meters with temporarily lowered ceiling levels and makeshift small 'bathroom'.
Security includes FAB lock plus hidden padlock along with possibility to install additional padlocks if needed.
It's situated within blue zone C where daytime and weekend/holiday parking fees do not apply; smaller cars can be parked right in front of the garage at designated spot,
Rental price: CZK 6,000 per month which equals CZK 180 per sqm including electricity that would then become responsibility of new tenant.
