Good day. We are a young family looking for a home primarily in Topoľčianky or nearby area (Hostie, Obyce, Skýcov, Jedľové Kostoľany).
We are searching for a place where we can start our own home, raise children and become part of the local community. Important to us is school and kindergarten in the village, nature and peaceful environment. We are looking for at least a 4-room house, it may be after reconstruction but we don't mind an older house that is habitable and can be gradually renovated according to your own ideas.
If you or someone in your vicinity considers selling their house or if you know about property which isn't currently advertised anywhere else, we would greatly appreciate any information provided.
What we seek is a permanent home 🏡 for our family rather than investment property.
