We are looking for private investors for the construction of modern low-energy apartment buildings
We are a Czech construction company also operating in northern Moravia that prepares smaller development projects in the Moravian-Silesian Region.
We specialize in modern low-energy and passive timber frame houses with an emphasis on high quality architecture, low operational costs and high living comfort.
Currently preparing: Construction of apartment buildings with 3–6 residential units, terraced houses with separate gardens, closed residential complexes.
Our projects use modern technologies:
air-to-water heat pumps, ceiling radiant heating and cooling systems, photovoltaic power plants for each residential unit, very low operational costs.
The next project being prepared includes the construction of four 4+1 apartments approximately 90 m² large with garden space and own parking spot.
We are seeking private investors interested in cooperation on financing these projects. We offer transparent negotiations, contractual investment security and long-term collaboration opportunities even on other developments.
