I am renting an apartment in Bilina Fugnerova Street 3rd floor with an elevator, privately owned. Rent per month is 8,000 CZK including service charges based on number of people, electricity costs are paid by tenant separately. Deposit required upon signing contract - first payment along with deposit due at lease start date next rental payments up until 25th day each month covering upcoming months rent.
