The room is divided by a partition into bedroom and living area. Advantages include excellent location (5 minutes walk from OC Europa shopping center, 10 minutes from city center), free parking possibility and view on greenery. Monthly rent already includes utilities but does not cover internet or TV fee – these will be arranged individually by tenant. Apartment suitable for single occupancy only, too small for two people.
