I am renting out an apartment 3+1 in a quiet location on Nad Zahradami Street 899 in Bojkovice. It is located on the first above-ground floor with an area of approximately 80 m² plus balcony and cellar storage space. The apartment is partially furnished (wardrobes, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in wardrobes, microwave oven, electric oven, induction hob). The house is completely insulated. Heating, hot and cold water centrally provided and electricity supplied individually to the apartment. An optical network has been installed for internet connection possibility. Monthly rent of the apartment is 15,000 CZK. Electricity charged separately to tenant. Other services such as hot/cold water heating common electricity deposit 2,000 CZK per month. Refundable security deposit equivalent to two months' rent.
