The apartment is located on the 6th floor, has a balcony, is fully furnished with two lifts. In the basement there is a cellar room. The apartment includes air conditioning, an equipped built-in kitchen unit, refrigerator, sofa bed designed for daily sleeping, table, TV set, internet (WiFi), built-in wardrobe with hallway area. The bathroom features a spacious shower stall, toilet seat and mirror with sink along with washing machine.
There is no secured parking directly by the residential building but free parking spots can be found nearby. If needed we can also arrange parking near the residential building.
The apartment suits one or maximum two tenants. Pets are allowed.
