In the district of Plzeň-sever, in the cadastral area of Řemešín, we offer for sale four agricultural plots exclusively owned. All plots are registered on property deed No. 88.
These are lots no.: 265/17, 432/8, 432/16 and 488. The total acreage of these plots is 11,359 sqm, all this range being subject to sale. The sizes of individual types of land are as follows: 9,794 sqm arable land 1,482 sqm permanent grassland 83 sqm water surface
The average fertility value according to BPEJ amounts to CZK 6.19 per square meter which is slightly higher than the average fertility value within the cadastral area reaching up to CZK 5.11 per square meter.
The stated price already includes commission fee. Part of the sale also comprises administrative processing and related legal services.
