For someone who urgently needs to live in it but currently listed on contract as a roommate. The apartment is available for full use (I need to move away for work and don't want to completely leave the place yet). Preferably a woman or couple without children or pets.

The nearly 60 sqm apartment has been renovated and features interconnecting rooms, making it more suitable for couples than families. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of nature. Neighbors have no issues.
The apartment will be free from August 1st, 2026 - possibly earlier
- There is one large wardrobe in the bedroom and two small cabinets in the hallway for various items. Additionally there is a bed (air mattress), couch, coffee table.
In the kitchen there is an oven with gas four-burner stove, large refrigerator, washing machine, two bar stools and TV with computer and speakers with amplifier enabling connection via phone.
A small cellar also belongs to the apartment.

Total rental price incl utilities amounts to: CZK 12,500
