The apartment has been completely refurbished. It features a new bathroom with large shower cubicle, brand new kitchen unit including dishwasher, new flooring and interior doors. Rent is 9000 CZK + service charge of 2000 CZK per person, additional occupant costs 500 CZK extra. Electricity and gas will be transferred under the tenant’s name. Refundable deposit equals two months' rent payable on signing contract day. Apartment suitable for up to two people only. Available starting August 1st, viewings possible from July 15th.
