Hello, I am looking for long-term rental of a garden or smaller plot in Brno or nearby area.
For me it is important that there is an electricity connection available. I would like to place a small mobile home unit on the land after agreement (I already have one furnished), which would primarily serve as my base during my commuting between Šumava and Brno due to work reasons.
It will not be permanent housing nor daily use. The stay should last approximately two weeks per month depending on work schedule. I can also agree upon regular maintenance of the property such as lawn cutting, cleaning or minor repairs.
I am seeking fair long-term arrangement with contractual obligations.
