We are a young family of four, plus our doggy and kitten, looking for a nice place where we can create home in harmony with nature.
We are searching for a smaller house or cottage suitable for year-round living (approx. 60 sqm and more) with at least 500 sqm land.
Location: around Opočno, Přepych, Voděrad and Častolovice within about 15 km radius. The quieter location the better - preferably semi-remote area or village outskirts.
The property does not have to be without investment. Renovation doesn't bother us but we look for a house that could be lived in initially while gradually adjusting it according to own ideas.
Budget: approximately CZK 2-3 million.
We are also open to long-term rental option with possibility of later purchase if makes sense for both parties involved.
