On the ground floor there is a kitchen connected to a large living space, plus a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The house includes well-maintained gardens, partly ornamental, and additionally belongs part used for seasonal vegetable growing. Currently we have new kitchen installation underway, sanding, varnishing floors and overall interior renovation taking place.
We prefer applicants without dogs or smaller breeds at most.
The house is ideal for two people who like gardening care.
The house can be moved into by arrangement after agreement on dates.
Rent amounts to CZK 25,000 / month + CZK 3,000 (electricity water deposits when occupied by two persons),
we require deposit amounting to twice the rent,
also agency commission equivalent one month's rent must be paid
