I am renting out part of a sunny, fertile garden approx

I am renting out part of a sunny, fertile garden approx. 200 m² with an old apricot tree, fireplace area and flower beds. It is located in an enclosed allotment colony in Brno Lesná near public transport access by foot or car parking at the continuation of Studená Street. The entrance is on the corner of the leased portion. In summer season there is tap water available otherwise we use rainwater collected from adjacent cottage for irrigation purposes. If you want to grow your own vegetables, fruits and harvest apricots and wine possibly teach these activities along with relaxation connected to it to your children then I offer excellent neighborly relations with nice young female gardening neighbors also space for storing tools including lockable masonry storage room incl. wheelbarrow, watering cans etc.. Should you be interested in renting larger part of garden together with garden cabin and terrace please call me such option exists here too.
