Our company Jesenicka Realty offers a building plot. Beautiful and sunny, in a quiet part of the village Mikulovice in the district Jeseník.
The total area of the land is 1125 m2. The use method is within the stabilized area SO-59 (Mixed residential areas). When constructing it is necessary to comply with established spatial arrangement conditions valid for SO-59 areas, i.e., maximum development coefficient (KZP) of 0.4 and building height level of 12.0 meters.
Around the property there runs an asphalt road where all networks needed for living are located. That means gas, electricity, municipal water supply and sewage system. On the land there is an electric low voltage pole which has its own protection zone. An inquiry regarding solutions concerning this electric pole and its impact on construction was already submitted to CEZ Group; we are waiting for processing and sending information about it. Since it concerns low voltage, finding a solution will be no problem.
