Good day,
as an exclusive representative of the owners I offer for sale a basement cottage in Krnov - Ježník area. Beautiful and quiet location with nature at your fingertips ensuring beautiful views and excellent accessibility to the city center.
In this part of Ježník, the cottage is rare and located among family houses. Thanks to its location you will have much more peace and security compared to typical cottage settlements that often attract uninvited guests.
The cottage was built on a concrete dry cellar. Connected to public water supply (the water meter is placed on the land in a water meter well) and electricity. In the cellar there is storage space including an electric boiler by MORA brand with volume of 80 liters. The ground floor has living room with kitchenette and dining area. The upper floor mainly serves for sleeping purposes with possibility of sitting on covered balcony overlooking adjacent forest and wildlife. Parts were added for bathroom with shower cubicle which can be replaced by shower box or tub, toilet, wastewater led into new plastic septic tank.
Cottage is currently heated by portable gas stoves using propane-butane, wood fireplace heating could also be arranged. On the land besides old trees young fruit saplings are newly planted too.
Up to eight people may sleep in the cottage.
At entrance there is spacious covered terrace. There is paved area next to terrace where functional smokehouse stands.
A small sandbox will remain on site along with garden shed for storing all equipment items.
