Since January 2027, we want to rent out our apartment located in a house. It is an attic apartment, 4+kk with area 112 m2. The house is situated in the village of Čečovice near Holýšov. Heating is provided by heat pump deposit for utilities totaling 5000 CZK or there is also possibility of coal/wood boiler. Part of the apartment includes air conditioning, fitted kitchen with appliances, equipped bathroom with double tub love story. And it is possible to leave other furniture inside the apartment. Parking available in the yard. See photos. Monthly rent 20000 CZK + utilities. Deposit 20000 CZK. We prefer no pets but this can be negotiated upon request.
