There is a reserved parking space belonging to the apartment. Rent is 14,500 CZK plus 3 thousand CZK advance payment for services (water, heating, cleaning common areas...), electricity will be transferred to the tenant.
There is a shared bicycle storage available. The house has an elevator; the apartment is located on the second floor.
