I am offering forest plots in the cadastral area of Poříčany for sale. These include:
- parcel no. 718/1 registered as a forest plot with a total area of 27,036 m2, out of which we own a share of 1/4 i.e., 6,759 m2 (the age of the forest is 141 years old - pine tree species composition),
- parcel no. 718/10 registered as a forest plot with a total area of 2,358 m2, out of which we own a share of 1/4 i.e., 590 m2 (the age of the forest is 132 years old - pine tree species composition).
The land lies on flat terrain without any logging activities taking place there beforehand. The property borders an asphalt road.
We are co-owners holding shares amounting to one quarter each over these properties.
Total acreage amounts up to approximately seven thousand three hundred forty nine square meters.
