I am looking for a family house in Banská Bystrica

I am looking for a family house in Banská Bystrica, preferably in Podlavice, Stará Sásová, Fončorda, Uhlisko or Radvaň and similar locations.
Ideally I would like a detached house with at least 4 bedrooms, situated on approximately 500–1000 m² land area. The property should be either newly built or well renovated without need for major investments.
The budget is up to approx. €550,000.
I am primarily interested in offers outside regular listings since I continuously monitor current market offerings.
Exchange possible against a 3-bedroom apartment in new development project located in Belveder district including garage parking space plus additional payment required by seller.
