The apartment is situated on the second floor. Its area is 55 m². It consists of hallway, bathroom, two separate rooms and kitchen. The apartment will be rented out completely furnished like shown in photos. Smokers are not allowed and preferably no children, small dog breeds are permitted by mutual agreement only. The residential house has its own fenced garden and playground.
When signing the contract you pay one month's rental deposit which can be returned later along with administration fee of €200 at time of signing plus prorated part according to date when signed + next months rent upfront
