I offer hardened surfaces for rent in the industrial area KOVPLUS in the village of Kostoľany nad Hornádom. The village is located only 5 km from Košice and 24 km from Prešov.
It is possible to rent space starting at a minimum of 260 up to 8000 m². The surfaces are paved with concrete panels or asphalt. The spaces are suitable for storing materials, goods or parking vehicles and machinery.
We offer spaces near the main road, but also in the back part of the complex.
The rental price is €1.00/m²/month + VAT. Discounts may be available for larger areas.
There is an option to rent warehouses, office spaces and changing rooms along with the surface area.
