I am offering a garden in Žabom Majeri near Kálne Lake that has been used almost 30 years. Access by car along the common road up to the cottage. After minor adjustments, there will be parking space on the garden right next to the cottage. There is a well on site (pump), electricity within reach (not at the property) and dry toilet. The garden includes a concrete foundation about 4x5 meters with a wooden lockable shed. There is also an iron box which serves for storing tools and contains a toilet on its other side. The garden covers area of 250 m², it is clearly demarcated and provides excellent basis for continuing established gardening activities: large cherry tree, pear tree, grape vineyard with grapes, raspberries, currants, apple tree, apricot tree, peach tree, horseradish bed and potatoes plus free space for further plantations.
