The apartment is suitable for one person or couple looking for quiet accommodation. Rent price: 550 € per month including utilities, TV and internet. One month's rent deposit is payable upon signing the contract. Moving in possible from August 15th, possibly earlier according to agreement. No pets allowed in the apartment. I prefer responsible tenants, ideally a woman or couple who will treat the apartment with respect and maintain order.
