We offer for rent a production hall in the premises of ZTS, in Dubnica nad Váhom, which can also be used as storage space, with an area of 1000 m2 and land of 1700 m2. The ground floor consists of a production hall and warehouse spaces, locker room, sanitary facilities and office space. On the first floor there are office spaces covering 300 m2 plus male and female toilets and changing rooms, two kitchens. The width of the hall is 15 meters at its edge height being 9 meters and in the center it reaches up to 12 meters high featuring a bridge crane rated at 3.5 tons capacity. Heating is central heating system while radiators are installed throughout the hallway. Renting out only the production hall costs €4,000 per month excluding utilities charges whereas leasing both together including offices amounts to €5,500 monthly without any additional cost related to power supply or water consumption etc.. An Energy Performance Certificate has yet been submitted by us so far though we assure you that our facility meets all necessary standards set forth under applicable laws regulations governing such matters within this country hereby confirming compliance thereof accordingly .
