We sell plots in Slavnica for construction of family houses. There are three plots on offer, two measuring 618 m2 at a price of 88,000 Euros each and one plot measuring 516 m2 priced at 75,000 Euros. Each plot has a width of 25 meters. The land lots have been issued an area decision for the construction of family homes; they are sunny and leveled out: IS - municipal water supply, sewerage and electricity - networks have been approved; access road under construction including lighting - pole lights that are already installed. On the access road there will be established an easement for the buyer which can later be purchased along with their share in the road. Also possible to build a bungalow by agreement with investor.
