I am interested in land plots within the cadastral area of Ipeľský Potok and Málinec.
More specifically:
- permanent grassland (PGL) - arable land - meadows, pastures - forest plots may also be considered
The size does not matter much; I am looking for both smaller and larger parcels, including co-ownership shares. The condition of the land doesn't matter either, whether it's well maintained or neglected.
I am not a speculator dealing with lands. This location has personal significance to me, and my goal is to own these lands long-term, maintain them properly over time while gradually improving their value.
