The house does not have central heating, only heated by a tiled stove and fireplace oven upstairs.
LAND: The land is flat measuring 1033 m2, where 962 m2 belongs to the urban community land and 191 m2 is municipal land. A symbolic rental contract will be tied to the urban community land for at least 2 x 40 years. The municipality (191 m2) would like to sell the municipal land after agreement. There is an outbuilding on the land which currently isn't registered in the title deed but this issue is being resolved.
