Utilities cost around 190,- EUR per month excluding VAT after increase in year 2023. There is also a small kitchen available in the common hallway.
Option to rent a parking spot in the yard for 50,- EUR per month excluding VAT.
Access to the building is allowed for tenants 24 hours daily. The building has CCTV surveillance installed. Tenants include lawyers among others who occupy the third floor.
