Area: ideally between 25 sqm up to 30 sqm (with sufficient width for full opening of vehicle doors),
Utilities: electricity supplied (suitable for connecting an industrial vacuum cleaner/carpet shampooer).
Access: easy access for passenger cars and SUVs.
