I sell an older house in its original condition in the village of Kalonda (only 9km from Lučenec)
The house is located in a shared farm courtyard where I own the majority share 3/4 (there is another owner who lives abroad and has not been at his house for 14 years and does not care about it) the house itself and the land underneath belong only to me - the yard is shared

For someone undemanding, you can live in the house but for me it is more like a renovation project
