I am offering for sale a garage with a built-up area of 20 m², located on land owned by the city corporation. The lease agreement includes not only the space underneath the structure but also handling space in front of the garage (another 20 m²). Rental price approximately 700 CZK/month.
Electricity has not been installed yet. In 2023 new waterproofing was done on the roof.
