The Dům Božetěch currently serves as a service house, located on Turnovská Street and close to a large parking lot (~70 m).
It is a separate single-story building with an usable area of roughly 27 sqm, situated within the courtyard and its gable end visible from the street.
For this price it would also include an adjacent garden about 30 sqm. If the tenant has no interest in the adjoining garden, it may be possible to negotiate a lower price.
Suitable for example as a shop, various services or catering for up to 10 people (in terms of hygiene requirements). However special approval must be consulted beforehand.
The space is currently being prepared for further use and partial reconstruction work is underway. Plans include installing electricity, water supply, replacing doors, applying new interior plasterwork and renovating facade. For now there will remain sloped roof
