We offer for rent a spacious apartment with a layout of 3+kk, located on the sixth floor of an apartment building with an elevator in the popular locality of Polabin at Družby Street. The house was built in 1977 and has already been revitalized. In 2021, there was a complete renovation of the apartment. As part of this renovation, the original layout of the apartment changed from 3+1 to 3+kk by connecting the living room with the kitchen area which was equipped with custom-made kitchen unit and underfloor lighting.
