I will leave an established catering stand open during July-September in one of the best locations near Karlštejn - right on the Royal Road at the square. The stand is located along the main tourist route so virtually every visitor heading to the castle passes by it.
What does the stand offer?

Terms:
Rent: 5,000 CZK/month (paid upfront for entire period of July-September)
Possibility to extend rental also for October
Parkinig fee: 1,500 CZK/month
Advances for electricity and water: 1,000 CZK/month plus possible settlement based on actual consumption
Lump sum payment upon leaving premises: 20,000 CZK
