I am renting out a practically designed 1-room apartment with a spacious sunny terrace and parking space. The apartment is located at Javorová street in the village of Dunajská Lužná. The usable area of the apartment is 33,95 sqm. The terrace has 15,61 sqm. The parking space is directly in front of the entrance to the apartment house. The apartment is located on the 3. floor of an apartment building that was commissioned in year 2018. The apartment building features a modern lift. The apartment also includes a storage room which is located on the corridor next to the apartment.
The layout of the apartment is very practical. It consists of an entry hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living area, bedroom separated by sliding doors and a spacious terrace. I am looking for reliable tenants who will take care of this apartment conscientiously and responsibly. This apartment suits single person or couple well. Rent price is 600€ + 100€ utilities (electricity + water paid monthly as advance payments - how much you pay depends on your consumption). Overpayment / shortfall for utilities calculated once per year during settlement period. Security deposit amounting to 1 months rent. Apartment is being rented furnished just like shown on photos and it becomes free immediately.
