Exclusively we offer you for rent a production hall with an area of 941 m2, located in the village of Selec. It is a single-story, detached hall with three large entrances (height 3 m, width 3,5 m) situated within a closed complex. The hall consists of two large sections with concrete flooring, one measuring 472 m2, the other 291 m2, while the remaining space includes offices, changing rooms, washrooms with showers and toilets, a separate boiler room for heating the entire hall, warehouses. The hall is ideal and adapted for carpentry production, it can also be used for storage purposes or its use is unlimited. It is equipped with ventilation systems, compressor room with distribution throughout the production hall. In the attached documentation you can view basic construction projects. It is connected to electricity, water, gas, sewage, all with individual metering by sub-meters. There is also a well near the hall. Monthly rental without VAT and utilities is 3,50 €/ m2. The hall will be available starting 1.5.2025. The lease period is at least 36 months, upon signing the lease agreement a deposit equivalent to 2 monthly rents must be paid.
