Two terraces belong to the guesthouse - on the ground floor stretching along the entire length of the guesthouse and another terrace created on the roof of the ground-floor apartment were made upstairs, these are ideal places for pleasant summer gatherings.
The guesthouse stands on 927 sqm2 flat land accessed via asphalt road. Water supply comes from municipal waterworks and electricity is connected to the building but currently disconnected. Water heating is provided by electric boilers while heating was solved using electricity too. There is a chimney available.
