Good day, I would like to ask about buying a family house by installments
About me:
* I am self-employed,
* I have stable income,
* I can pay down payment around 500 000 CZK,
* I can afford long-term payments of 50 000 up to 60 000 CZK per month, even more.
* I look for direct and fair agreement with the owner.
I welcome houses with garden, workshop, barn or large garage but it is not mandatory. Please suggest Central Bohemian Region but it is not mandatory
Please only serious offers. Only real estate agencies if the owner agrees to sell via installment plan. Thank you
