We offer rental of an old cottage in Kraskov near Seč, in a quiet location at the edge of the village. The family house has a smaller courtyard / garden area of approximately 200 m2. In the house there is 1 large living room, bathroom with toilet, hallway, former cowshed with possibility of conversion into a living room (now workshop), barn and unused attic above the residential part of the house, with the possibility of installing additional rooms. Heating now in solid fuel stoves. It is necessary to finish the bathroom and solve connection to sewage treatment plant or septic tank (also required). It is also necessary to complete replacement of electrical wiring and electric connection to the house. The house is currently connected only to water supply. Rent is best suited for 1 - 2 people who will also carry out maintenance and repairs at the cottage (possibility of deduction from rent).
