I am renting long-term an apartment 3+1 in Vsetín Luh II district. It is a clean, beautiful, sunny apartment facing west.
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a prefabricated block of flats with an elevator and loggias. The house is insulated, has plastic windows, and its energy consumption class is D. The apartment underwent renovation and I am renting it including all fixtures and fittings. These items are available for use in the apartment and will remain part of it. For example, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, but also beds, wardrobes, tables, chairs, curtains, blinds, carpets. I gradually replace some equipment, so some photos may no longer be up to date. There is internet access via Wi-Fi network available in the apartment.
There is a grocery store nearby, school, kindergarten, public transport stop, playgrounds, bike paths. Good accessibility to many companies.
The price is 16 500 CZK per month, plus bills = advance payment for utilities: electricity, water, gas, heating, elevator usage, cleaning of common areas of the house and similar expenses depending on the number of people living in the apartment. I can arrange regular cleaning service. Exceptionally, after mutual agreement, it is possible to reduce the rental price by locking one room. The deposit amount is set at one month's rent plus estimated consumption.
