Upon signing contract you pay besides monthly rent also returnable deposit amounting to 550 EUR and non-returnable deposit amounting to 550 EUR. In total upon signing you pay 1.650 EUR.
With electricity included it would come up to about 605 EUR monthly (550 EUR apartment + 55 EUR electricity + possibility to rent reserved parking spot or garage inside the courtyard if anyone interested for possible surcharge).
PARKING: for extra charge (one outdoor exclusive standstill inside the courtyard respectively garage). Or public parking in front of apartment building = parking policy of Banská Bystrica town.

There belongs also cellar in basement of apartment building to the apartment.
