The subject of the auction is co-ownership share 1/2 of a family house with parcel no. 348 and co-ownership share 3/9 of plots no. 4 and no. 67 at Kostolna Street in the village of Bučany.
Plot no. 67 belongs to the house and its total area is 784 m2
Plot no. 4 is a separate plot that does not border with the yard of the house and its area is 1395 m2.
The house is single-story and has an L shape. It started being used in year 1960. During its lifetime, the house was gradually partially modernized.
The house consists of two parts. Entrance to the house is from the street to the courtyard, where there is independent access to the front and back part of the house. The front part of the house consists of three living rooms, an entry hall, corridor, pantry, and bathroom. The back part of the house consists of two living rooms, an entry hall, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.
