It is located as PP1 in a family house in Vrakuňa on Domašská Street. It has its own entrance directly from the street where there is public parking. Entrance consists of double gate (width 3 m), decorative staircase (9 steps, width 3,5 m) AND glazed plastic doors (opening 1,5 m). This entrance is exclusively for the tenant — the landlord has his own separate entrance. Large flower pots on the stairs (visible in photo) can be removed if they bother the tenant. The staircase will then be completely free and spacious (photos 13 - 16).
Entering you will find a hall measuring 4,2 m × 10,0 m (= 42 m², photos 1 - 7). Immediately to your right is a separate room 3,8 m × 4,7 m (18 m², photos 10 - 12). It has two windows that open with insect screens, suitable as small office. In the hallway to your right there is a small toilet 0,9 m × 2,0 m. Urinal and sink with sensor faucet (photos 8 - 9). On the left wall there are two windows that open with insect screens.
Terms and rental price: primarily I need quietness (this is a family home). Therefore, I prefer offices without (or few) physical clients coming in. E-shops without (or few) physical customers arriving. Easy storage of goods or similar quiet operations.
Rentals range from 13$/m² to 9$/m² according to agreement and nature of operation. Quieter operations mean lower rent. Furniture is not included in rent, furniture comes with surcharge +70$/month. Security deposit is minimum amount equal to one month's rent which corresponds to notice period. Utilities (water, gas, electricity) are paid based on meters and supplier invoices.
