I am selling forest plots in the cadastral area of Lhotsko. These include: - parcel no. 396 registered as forest land with total area 3 688 sqm, out of which we own share 1/2 thus 1 844 sqm (age of the forest 110 years old - tree species represented by beech, oak, hornbeam), - parcel no. 398/1 registered as forest land with total area 435 sqm, out of which we own share 1/2 thus 218 sqm (age of the forest 110 years old - tree species represented by beech, oak, hornbeam), - parcel no. 398/2 registered as forest land with total area 1 932 sqm, out of which we own share 1/2 thus 966 sqm (age of the forest 110 years old - tree species represented by beech, oak, hornbeam), - parcel no. 397/3 registered as other land with total area 339 sqm, out of which we own share 1/2 thus 170 sqm, - parcel no. 394/2 registered as other land with total area 43 sqm, out of which we own share 1/2 thus 21 sqm, - parcel no. 397/2 registered as other land with total area 35 sqm, out of which we own share 1/2 thus 17 sqm. It concerns mature forest on a gentle slope. There is a forest road running between the plots. We own share 1/2 on plots with an area of 3 236 sqm.
