I offer transferring lease rights for garden land 517m2, we have long-term lease from the Urbary Office of Trstena. Tenant has right of first refusal rental. On the property it is possible to set up a prefabricated house up to 50m2 or a trailer home without paved foundations. I have permission from the city of Trstena and the urbary office for placing a small caravan on the land.
