Good day, I offer a garden with a stone cottage, about 400 m2, with electricity and service water installed.
It is located in the village of Klingenthal, right behind Kraslice. The severance payment for transferring it is 250 000 CZK + annual city rent paid approximately 270 euros according to consumption.
The cottage has a living area and a kitchenette, from which there is an entrance to the attic. There is no furniture left in the cottage anymore. Pergola with sitting area, opposite the fireplace, tool shed, where there is also a flush chemical toilet (electricity is also installed here).
