I am renting a bright and practically arranged apartment with layout 4+1 and area 68 sqm in the popular location Zlín–Křiby at address Křiby 4720. The apartment is located on the 8. floor of a building with an elevator and is suitable for a couple, family or someone looking for comfortable long-term housing with good accessibility to the city.
The layout consists of a spacious living room with dining area and balcony, kitchen, bedroom, children's room / study, bathroom, technical room suitable for additional storage equipment or your own dryer and separate room connected to the bedroom which is equipped as a wardrobe storage for storing clothes and laundry. The apartment also includes a cellar locker with lockable entrance. Living rooms, i.e., bedrooms and living room with balcony, face east.
The apartment is partially furnished. Everything captured in the photos remains here except washing machine, dryer and beds that are not included in the rental. There is a fitted kitchen unit with appliances such as fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and food waste disposer. Also remaining is a spacious sofa with coffee table, dining table, chairs, storage spaces and other equipment according to photographs. Part of the apartment is also air conditioning unit leading into the bedroom and living room. The apartment has security entrance doors.
The location offers excellent accessibility to downtown Zlin, newly built cycle path, greenery around and playground near the house. Within walking distance there are public transport stops Česká, Křiby and Pasecká. Shops Billa, Penny and pharmacy are approximately 6 minutes walk away. Parking at the house does not usually pose any problems.
Rent price: 20 000 CZK / month including advance payments for services and electricity. Services include heating, water, hot water, home maintenance, cleaning common areas, elevator, caretaker service, electricity and insurance.
Possible overpayments for utilities and services will be returned to the tenant. According to previous household consumption consisting of 2 adults + child about 1,5 years old it was usually returned approximately 4 500 - 5 500 CZK per year; however always depending on actual consumption and annual settlement.
We prefer non-smokers without pets and long-term lease.
Security deposit: equivalent to one monthly rent amounting to 20 000 CZK.
