The cottage is located in the valley of Čierny Hron, situated in the part called Medveďov in the village of Čierny Balog, directly at the ski slope.
A double-story brick insulated house built in 2024 consists of two identical 4 apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment has an entrance hallway, technical room, kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances, dining area, living room with tiled stove, bathroom with toilet and shower. Within walking distance there is also restaurant Koliba offering daily rich selection of traditional Slovak dishes. Only few minutes cycling along marked bike trails you will reach Čiernohronská railway (chz.sk), forestry open air museum (vydrovskadolina.sk) and observation tower Pustý vrch.
