I offer for rent an apartment 1+1 measuring 34 sqm located in the basement of a three-story house. The apartment has been renovated. Heating is provided by a heat pump connected to its own electric boiler. There is an electric water heater in the bathroom for heating hot tap water. An electric stove will be installed soon. The apartment comes fully equipped. It includes access to a large cellar locker room. Rent for the apartment is 9.000 CZK per month plus maintenance fund, advance payment for cold water and lighting of common areas 2.000 CZK. Tenant can register electricity under their name. Refundable deposit equals two months' rent. Rent must be paid monthly in advance. Commission fee for rental mediation amounts to one net rent amount.
